5-Year Parts Warranty
Every roller, track cap, lock cylinder, and piece of hardware we install is warrantied against defects for five full years from the date of installation. If a part fails within the warranty period, we replace it at no charge.
2-Year Workmanship Warranty
Our installation work is covered for two years. If anything we adjusted, installed, or recalibrated doesn't continue to perform as promised, we return and re-do the work at no charge.
Lifetime Track Cap Guarantee
Our stainless steel track caps are guaranteed for the life of the door against corrosion-related failure. Period.
Warranties are transferable to a new homeowner with the original invoice. Full warranty terms are printed on every receipt.
